Just when I thought MP's expense claims couldn't stoop any lower, I read (thanks to the Daily Mail) about Members of the Scottish Parliament (MSP's) reclaiming for poppy wreaths.

"On Remembrance Sunday we acknowledge the continuing bravery and fortitude of our service men and women, and the sacrifices they are willing still to make on our behalf."

Self evidently some don't and I'd bet it's not just a Scottish phenomenon.
