A new WPA0001 is needed

If you had an injury claim of your own, would you trust those you held responsible to look after your best interests or their own? Would you trust them to correctly determine their own liability and would you trust them with carte blanche consent to do anything they wanted while you pursued a claim... [show more]

I'd refer all protracted cases to the VWS

The SPVA must ensure that all of their protracted cases, especially those being made more difficult by the wider MoD are referred to the VWS as a matter of course.
